How we count

  • We take the last 30 full days. Today is left out: delivery receipts arrive late.
  • An email is "delivered" when the reader's inbox accepted it.
  • A bounce is a refused address. That address is then blocked for all our customers.
  • A complaint is a reader clicking "spam". They get nothing more after that.
  • Totals only. No customer name and no newsletter is shown.
  • Our safeguards: gradual warm-up, lists cleaned on import, inactive readers paused, sending stopped at once if bounces or complaints rise.
