Limits
Rate limits, pagination and idempotency.

Every answer carries ratelimit-limit, ratelimit-remaining and ratelimit-reset (seconds). A 429 adds retry-after.
Pagination
Lists are newest first: { "object": "list", "has_more": true, "data": [...] }. Pass limit (1–100, default 20), then after=<last id> for the next page or before=<first id> for the previous one.
Idempotency
Send an Idempotency-Key header on sends, imports and signups. The same key with the same body replays the first answer for 24 hours; with another body it is refused.
